Refund policy

We hope you love your Aabhla order. If something is not right, this policy explains your return options.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

You may cancel or return most products purchased online by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to provide a reason.

Email aabhlaethnic@gmail.com and include:

Your name
Your order number
The product you wish to return
A clear statement confirming that you wish to return the item

After contacting us, you must send the product back within the following 14 days.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging. Products must be free from marks, perfume, deodorant, makeup and other signs of wear.

You may try an item on as you would in a shop. However, we may reduce the refund if it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been affected.

HANDCRAFTED DETAILS AND COLOUR VARIATIONS

Our kurtas may feature embroidery, mirror work, decorative stitching or other handcrafted details. Small variations or minor irregularities in the placement, finish or stitching may occur and are part of the individual character of the garment.

Minor loose threads or small variations that do not materially affect the garment’s appearance, quality or wearability will not normally be considered faults.

Colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings. These minor differences are not normally considered defects.

This does not affect your right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days or your rights if an item is genuinely faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description.

SIZE OR COLOUR RETURNS

If you select the wrong size or change your mind about the colour, you may return the item under the 14-day cancellation policy, provided it meets all return conditions.

The customer is responsible for return postage for size, colour and other change-of-mind returns.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require another size or colour, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your item arrives with significant damage, a genuine fault, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at aabhlaethnic@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of:

The complete product
The affected area
The packaging, if it arrived damaged

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund. For eligible faulty, damaged or incorrect products, we will cover reasonable return costs or provide return instructions.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT NORMALLY BE RETURNED

The right to cancel may not apply to:

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised
Sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Products worn, washed, altered or damaged through misuse, accidental damage or improper care

This does not affect your rights when a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

RETURN POSTAGE

For change-of-mind, size or colour returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless we state otherwise.

Please use a tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage until your return has been completed. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that do not reach us.

Do not send a return before contacting us and receiving the correct return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or acceptable evidence that it has been sent back, where applicable.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

For a valid cancellation of the complete order, we will also refund the basic outbound delivery charge paid. Any additional amount paid for express or enhanced delivery will not be refunded beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.
